Patti Marsillo, President and Founder
Patti received her undergraduate degree in Business from Excelsior College and has worked in various management positions in the insurance/risk management industry for the past 25 years. Patti served as President of the Workers’ Compensation Association and held positions on the Arizona Workers’ Compensation Claims Association Board and the Department of Insurance Appeals Board. Patti served on the committee for the annual Phoenix Children’s Hospital fundraiser and the Board of Directors of the Happily Ever After League, which assists mom’s with cancer. She established the foundation to support her daughter and other individuals diagnosed with psoriasis. Patti enjoys spending her free time with her husband Mike and their children, Michael and Samantha.
Maureen Rzeppa, Vice President and Treasurer
Maureen received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has two years in a local public accounting firm, three years as Controller of a Scottsdale-based company and is currently with Miller/Russell & Associates as their Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.
Sue Pohlmeyer, Secretary
Sue was born in Massachusetts and married the love of her life in June 1984. She moved to Arizona in 1988 and has two beautiful daughters, Ashley and Samara. She was a stay at home mom during their early years and volunteered teaching art masterpiece in the classroom. She has lived with the affliction of psoriasis since she was twelve years old. Sue is the Secretary of pSAM Foundation and has a very deep and heartfelt interest to help other psoriasis sufferers.
Steve Lester, Board Member
Steven is an attorney representing insurance companies and self-insured employers in workers' compensation matters statewide and limits his practice to workers' compensation and employment related issues. He received his undergraduate degree from Albion College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Michigan. He is retired from the United States Army and served in Vietnam. Steven is a Purple Heart recipient along with receiving the following awards and decorations: Combat Infantryman's Badge, Bronze Star, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Vietnam Service Medal.
